"A path for developing skills, aimed at successfully entering the world of work, responding to the ever-increasing need for skills required by the future generation of workers."
This is what was proposed to the third and fourth-year students at JCollege this morning in the WINS auditorium. The School-Work alternation project involves a series of four meetings, every Monday until 16 April, during which the students will get to know more about the business side of Juventus.
In the first meeting today, the students explored the area of management, meeting Sergio Spinelli, Head of Human Resources.
Next Monday the subject will be the medical area, together with Juventus' Sports Doctor, Stefano Suraci. On 9 April, Federico Palomba, Head of Marketing and Digital, will accompany the youngsters to discover the Juventus Marketing area. The last appointment on 16 April will be dedicated to the area of athletic training, together with Prof. Roberto Sassi, Head of Training Check and Sport Science.
The project consists not only of meetings, but also operational internships at Juventus during the summer period and during the next school year.
