      DATA PROTECTION NOTICE

      In compliance with the applicable legislation, defined in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (general regulations on the protection of data), Juventus Football Club S.p.A. (Juventus), as Data Controller, inform you as follows:

      1. Categories of Processed Data

      Personal Data: name, surname, email;

      2. Purposes of Data processing

      The Personal Data will be processed in order to execute your request of registering to the mailing lists held by Juventus and receiving newsletter and/or advertising and information material on the products and services offered by Juventus and/or by the Juventus’ partners, as well as for carrying out market surveys (hereinafter the “ Marketing Purposes”).

       

      The provision of the Personal Data is necessary, failure to provide such data may entail the failure to be provided with the services requested and to be informed on any marketing and promotional activities carried out by Juventus and/or Juventus’ partners. Since processing is necessary for the purpose of carrying out your request, your express consent is not necessary.

      3. Data Controller

      The data Controller is Juventus F.C. S.p.A. with registered office at Via Druento 175 – 10151 Torino.

      The Processor appointed by Juventus F.C. S.p.A. is the pro tempore Head of Marketing and Digital, to whom data subjects may address for the exercise of their rights. All requests addressed to him shall be sent to: Via Druento 175, 10151 Turin.

      4. Place Where Personal Data is Processed and Processing Arrangements

      The data processing will be carried out mainly by electronic means and, anyway, in the manner and with the appropriate tools to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data. In particular technical, informational, organizational, logistical and procedural security measures are implemented to prevent the data from being lost, used unlawfully and/or inappropriately, and accessed without authorization.

       

      No data is either communicated or disseminated to any parties, including Juventus’ partners. Data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

       

      The processing operations are carried out exclusively by persons duly authorized to said processing, for the performance of the activities given above. Data may be disclosed to third parties to whom Juventus may subcontract some activities, or whose activity is connected, instrumental or supportive of that performed by Juventus (for example, subjects that collect data on behalf of Juventus, subjects to whom Juventus can assign customer care activities; subjects who carry out technical or organizational activities, such as mailing services; consultants). In such case, these subjects may be appointed as Data Processor. The full list of Data Processors is available upon request from the reference Data Processor appointed by the Company to respond to the interested party.

      5. Duration of the Processing

      Data shall only be stored for the time strictly necessary, and according to criteria based on: (i) respect for the law, (ii) correctness and (iii) balance between the legitimate interests of the Data Controller and the rights and freedoms of the data subject. Consequently, in the absence of specific rules that provide for different storage times, Juventus will take care to use the data for the afore-mentioned Marketing Purposes for a reasonable time in relation to the interest shown by the person to whom the data refer in Juventus initiatives. In any case, Juventus will take any appropriate measure to avoid an indefinitely use of data, proceeding periodically to verify in an appropriate manner the effective permanence of the interest of the subject to which the data refer to have the processing carried out for Marketing Purposes as specified above.

      6. Data Subjects' Rights

      Data subjects have the right, at any time, to access their Personal Data, to request for their rectification or erasure, to restrict processing, or to object to the processing, and also have the right (for data processed after 25 May 2018) to data portability. Data subjects have the right to withdraw their consent to profiling, if given, at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
