    When and how can I purchase tickets for a single match?

    Tickets for single matches go on sale 10 days beforehand. You can find out the prices and purchasing procedure by visiting this section.

    Must I have a Supporter Card in order to purchase a ticket for a single match?

    Restrictions applying to single matches are communicated by the National Observatory for Sports Events. In order to ensure you can purchase tickets for any match, we recommend that you apply for a Supporter Card.

    I've purchased a ticket for a match but cannot attend: how can I change the name?

    If permitted, you can change the ticket user in this section (follow the instructions). Reminder: it is not possible to change the name on a ticket purchased with pre-emption rights.

    I am a Premium Member and physically own a card: what do I have to do to purchase a ticket with pre-emption rights?

    If you physically own a Juventus Membership Card, which is also a valid Supporter Card, you can purchase the tickets through the following sales channels:
    - the Listicket Call Centre (toll free number 892.982) available on the days and time slots indicated in the newsletter on pre-emption rights, published on juventus.com/membership
    - the Listicket.it website
    - the LIS football pools office (list)

    I am a Premium Member and I do not physically own a card: what do I have to do to purchase a ticket with pre-emption rights?

    In order to purchase a ticket with pre-emption rights, you must physically own a card.

    I'm a Premium Member International: what do I have to do to purchase a ticket with pre-emption rights?

    If you are a Premium Member International and therefore live abroad, contact +39 0260060900 to purchase a ticket. This number can only be called outside of Italy.

    I am a Premium Member and own a card: where do I find my Supporter Card number?

    The number of your Supporter Card is printed on the back of the Juventus Membership Card.

    I am a Premium Member and I do not own a card: where do I find my Supporter Card number?

    Your Supporter Card number is printed on the PDF document sent to you via e-mail by Juventus F.C. S.p.a.

    I am a Premium Member and still do not physically have my card or pdf document with the number: am I eligible to purchase tickets with pre-emption rights?

    No. Apart from the card that is delivered to the address indicated in the registration forms, the pdf is the only document with which you can purchase tickets with pre-emption rights, in accordance with the aforementioned procedure.

    I am a Premium Member: how many tickets can I purchase with pre-emption rights?

    The number of tickets purchasable with pre-emption rights by any Premium Member is indicated in the newsletter published before every home match on juventus.com/membership and on Juventus.com

    I purchased a ticket on the web in home ticketing mode: can I change the name?

    It is not possible to change the name on tickets purchased with home ticketing.

    If I am a Premium Member or have a season pass and purchase a ticket with pre-emption rights, can I change the ticket name?

    No, the name on tickets purchased with pre-emption rights cannot be changed.

    Do children under 6 years old have to pay for tickets?

    The Company reserves the right, at its total discretion, to allow a minor (under 6 years old) accompanied by a paying adult under his/her responsibility to access the stadium, without right for the child to occupy a seat.
