“Formazione Juventus” is an educational project concerning Juventus’ Youth Sector and developed in cooperation with Facoltà di Psicologia - Università di Torino (Psychology Faculty, Torino University). It appeared in the 2008/2009 season for all players of the Youth Sector teams.
This innovatory idea which is unrivaled in the Italian football scenario, aims at supporting all young players along their growth path through a cycle of meetings in which several subjects are discussed.

There are four main topics divided into four areas: Motivational Area, Sociological Area, Psychological Area, and Medical Area. The meetings arranged according to the participants’ age are conducted by professional figures (psychologists, sociologists, communication experts and clinicians).The fundamental subject of the first year was Fair Play. The following season course was entitled “Crescere in bianconero” (Growing as Bianconeri), whereas the theme of the 2010/2011 season “Sportivi si cresce” (Sportsmen growing) came from the wish to compare the sports experience gained in practicing football with that which characterizes other sports.
