Fitness, technique and tactics: today Juventus focused on all the aspects of their preparation. In the morning, after a spell at the gym, the side dealt with running drills before focusing on ball circulation and offensive movements, whilst this afternoon they started with the usual warm-up followed by a circle drill with the ball and the traditional small-sided game. The Bianconeri finished their second training session by testing their systems on set pieces.

At the end of the finishing training session, the Bianconeri’s manager announced his selection for the friendly match against Hertha Berlin, scheduled on tomorrow at the Olympiastadion at 3.15pm (live broadcasting on Sky).

Those players who were involved in EURO 2012 competition won’t participate in the friendly and will stay in Vinovo to continue with their preparation. Moreover, Ziegler and Vucinic also remain in Turin: the former because of a gastroenteritis, while the striker suffers from a slight muscle strain.
