  • 1 I renewed my season ticket and my Tessera del Tifoso is going to expire after 06.30.2015, how do I upload the season ticket onto my Membership Card?  

    If you have renewed your season ticket, your access pass for the 2014/15 season has already been uploaded onto your Tessera del Tifoso. Remember to always bring your 2014/15 seat number card that you received at the moment of the renewal with you to the stadium.

  • 2 I renewed my season ticket but my Tessera del Tifoso is going to expire before 06.30.2015, what should I do?  

    The season ticket has already been charged to the card you have. The new Pass will be sent directly to your home, so remember to transfer ownership to the new Supporter Card by following the instructions at the following link "Activate your card", through which you can access the page to make the transfer in just a few steps: enter the identifying information of the expired card (identification number and security code). If the new card is correctly identified, the holder’s information will be shown and a message will notify you of the success of the operation. From this point forward, the login securities linked to the old card will be associated with the new one. If there is anything wrong with the process, you will receive an explanatory message. We would like to remind you that from the moment the new card is activated, the expired card can no longer be used for the purchase of admission tickets, for access to the Juventus Stadium, or to take advantage of any promotions or incentives of any kind.

  • 3 I renewed my season ticket but my Tessera del Tifoso had already expired, what should I do?  

    When you renewed your season ticket at one of the Authorised Listicket offices or at the Juventus Ticket Office at Juventus Museum, a temporary card would have been given to you. This will allow you access to the stadium. The new card will arrive at your home address and you will then be able to transfer the season ticket onto it by following the instructions here. Reminder: this operation must be completed in order to enjoy the services related to the season pass (name changes, pre-emption rights, etc.).

  • 4 I am a new subscriber but was already a Tessera del Tifoso holder at the time of the purchase. How can I upload my season ticket subscription onto my card?  

    If you were a Tessera del Tifoso holder when you subscribed, your season ticket for the year 2014/15has already been uploaded onto your Card. Remember to bring your 2014/15 seat number card that you received upon renewal with you to every match.

    If your membership card is going to expire before 06.30.2015, you should ask for a new one when renewing and then it will arrive at your home address along with instructions detailing how to transfer the season ticket. Reminder: this operation must be completed in order to enjoy the services related to the season pass (name changes, pre-emption rights, etc.).

  • 5 I am a new subscriber but was not a Tessera del Tifoso holder at the time of purchase. How can I upload my season ticket subscription onto my card?  

    As soon as you receive your Juventus Membership Card, you will have to upload your subscription onto it in order to be granted access to the stadium. Click here to update your card details by entering your typographic number and ‘my seat at the Stadium’ card code, along with the Web Ticketing code and the card number on the back. After confirming these details, your season ticket subscription will automatically be uploaded to your Tessera del Tifoso. Reminder: this operation must be completed in order to enjoy the services related to the season pass (name changes, pre-emption rights, etc.). Remember to always bring your 2014/15 seat number card that you received at the moment of the renewal with you to the stadium.

  • 6 I am a new subscriber and have not yet received my Tessera del Tifoso, will I be able to enter the stadium?  

    Yes. If your Tessera del Tifoso is still on its way, you can temporarily gain access to the stadium by using your ‘My seat at the stadium’ card.

    Please note: once you receive your Juventus Membership Card, you will have to upload your subscription onto it by following the instructions outlined in section 5.

  • 7 Can I cancel my season ticket?  

    A purchased season ticket cannot be cancelled, but you can change the name of the user by following the instructions outlined in section 24.

  • 8 Can I change my seat after purchase?  

    No, you cannot change your seat for the season after it has already been issued.

  • 9 I have lost my seat number card. How can I print it again?

  • 10 I have lost my Tessera del Tifoso. What should I do?  

    In the event of your Tessera del Tifoso being lost or stolen, you must report it to the authorities immediately and send a copy of the report to Juventus either by fax, by e-mail to customercare@juventus.com or calling 899.999.897. This procedure is essential in order to issue a new card, which will cost €10,00.

    N.B: if you have lost an old prepaid Cartasì Membership Card, please call Cartasì 800-16.15.45 (from abroad: +39 02-3498.0020, from the USA: 1-800-473.6896) before contacting customer care to report that your card has been stolen and to request the blocking of the card.

  • 11 I renewed/purchased my season ticket in one of the sectors marked with an asterisk (113-114-115 and 215-216-217-218-219). Why is priority booking for my seat not guaranteed for Champions League matches?  

    During European matches, UEFA regulations state that a certain number of seats must be reserved for UEFA itself and also for the visiting side in specific areas of the stadium. While Juventus can still guarantee season ticket holders a seat, it may not be their usual seat. This information will be provided at the beginning of the priority ticketing period for European matches.

  • 12 As a season ticket holder, can I also enjoy the benefits of a Premium Member?  

    As a season ticket holder, you can apply for the Juventus Premium Member programme by entering your details at the following address: http://www.juventus.com/member/app/signup/register and transferring your Supporter Card number to step 8. Then print the screen showing successful registration in order to take advantage of discounts on official Juventus merchandise. The special status of ‘Premium Member Season Ticket Holder’ will allow you to enter the Juventus Museum and Stadium Tour at a special rate and take part in all the Juventus Member community’s activities and all the initiatives dedicated to Premium Members, such as: public training sessions, ‘A day with Juventus’, ‘Kids on the soccer pitch’ and ‘Face-to-Face’. However, unlike a regular Premium Member, a Premium Member Season Ticket Holder cannot enjoy the Welcome Pack.

  • 13 I am a season ticket holder and would like to have the Welcome Pack granted to Premium Members delivered to my home address. How can I arrange this?  

    To receive the Welcome Pack, simply login to your profile and upgrade your account (at a cost of €35) from Premium Member Subscriber to Premium Member, or for €115 you can upgrade to a J1897 membership. Subscribers who become Premium Members or J1897 members will also extend their membership to the community for an additional 12 months, and they may exercise pre-emption rights for championship matches and promotions reserved for members.

  • 14 Can Premium Member Season Ticket Holders take advantage of priority ticketing for Coppa Italia or Champions League matches?  

    Yes, if you're a member and you have not exercised the right of first refusal for your place during the Subscriber pre-emption phase, you can acquire pre-emption and the remaining places during the subsequent phase reserved for Premium Members.

  • 15 Which documents do I need to bring with me when renewing my season ticket subscription?  

    You will need to show your Tessera del Tifoso along with a form of identification. If you do so at a Ticket Office, you will also need to download and print out the form here.

  • 16 Which documents do I need to bring along when purchasing a new season ticket?  

    If you already have the Tessera del Tifoso, you must show it along with the completed form which you can download here.

    If you don’t have the Tessera del Tifoso, you have to bring along a form of identification, your tax code, two identical passport photos and the completed form which you can download here.

  • 17 I lost my Tessera del Tifoso, how do I subscribe?  

    We suggest that you to go to the Juventus Ticket Office located at Juventus Museum, via Druento 153/42, Turin, Italy. Opening hours: 11am to 7pm, closed on Sundays.

  • 18 A friend of mine is unable to go and renew their season ticket. Can I do it for them?  

    Yes, but you must have their identification, Tessera del Tifoso and the filled in form with you. Each supporter can subscribe to a maximum of 4 season tickets.

  • 19 I’m a Premium Member but I haven’t received the Tessera del Tifoso yet. Can I take advantage of the Premium Member purchasing rights to renew my season ticket?  

    No, it’s not possible for you to make use of that service.

  • 20 I live abroad and have the Premium Member International Card. When can I purchase my season ticket?  

    If you were already a season ticket holder in 2013/14 and your Tessera del Tifoso is not going to expire before 06.30.2015, you can renew your season ticket on listicket.com.

    If you are a Premium Member International, there will be new season tickets available which you will be able to buy by taking advantage of the Premium Member priority purchasing rights. From 9 to 12 July, you will be able to call the Listicket call center +39 02 600 60 900.

  • 21 I’d like to buy a season ticket with disability concessions, what documents do I need to bring with me? What should the minimum disability percentage be?  

    To purchase or renew a "Disability Reduction" season pass, you can go to a point of sale at the Juventus Museum or to an authorised ticket office with your Disability Certificate issued by the ASL, along with the other requested documents. There is not a minimum percentage of disability in order to complete the purchase.

    Disabled with limited mobility, who can take advantage of free tickets for individual competitions during the season following the online accreditation process, may choose to purchase a season pass at a reduced rate, in the North 1° tier and South 1° tier areas.

    Starting this year, renewal of season passes in the East and West areas with Disability Reduction prices will be available online via www.listicket.com

  • 22 I’d like to renew my season ticket but change the seat, how can I do this? And will I lose my priority purchasing rights?  

    During the renewal period, from 19 June to 3 July, you can go to the season pass sales point at the museum and change seats among those available within your section without losing your pre-emption right.

    From 4 to 5 July you’ll be able to change seat by choosing a new one from those still available after the renewal period, by going to the Juventus Ticket Office at the Juventus Museum at Via Druento 153/42 (Turin), bringing with you the previously printed season pass form, or by calling the call centre at 892.982 if your Supporter Card expires later than 30.06.2015.

    Remember that if you wish to change sector, you do not need to renew your season pass during the first phase; you should wait until 04 July and the previous pre-emption right of the old place will not be guaranteed which, if chosen by another subscriber during this period, will no longer be available.

    To renew your season pass with a change of place, the "Renewal" rates will be valid.

  • 23 What is the “My season pass” section?  

    Starting this season, subscribers can manage their season passes directly at Juventus.com, in the "My season pass" section. This section, which will be available from the end of July, contains a number of new features and a dashboard to monitor your season pass. To access it, simply register at Juventus.com and enter your Supporter Card number. At that point it will be possible to enjoy services covering: name changes and official Secondary Ticketing.

  • 24 How can I transfer my season pass?  

    In the section " My season pass" at Juventus.com you can change the name of your digital title by selecting from among one of the three names you have defined. You can choose to enter the three names at any time you prefer: each of the names can be modified until the first use. The name change will be available until 24 hours before a match, and each beneficiary must be in possession of a Supporter Card. After the match, the season pass holder shall return to being the owner thereof, and it will no longer be possible to make a seasonal name change.

    Reminder: It is necessary to have transferred the season pass from paper to digital media in order to enjoy this service (see point 5).

  • 25 What is the Secondary Ticketing service?  

    As of 30 September, the area reserved for "My season pass" will offer an important new service: access to official Juventus Secondary Ticketing. It will be possible to plan your own season and to select the events you do not wish to participate in, thus freeing your place to be freely sold and, if it is sold, to accrue credit which can be spent on Juventus ticketing products.

  • 26 When can I decide to sell my place?  

    It is possible to sell your place up to 72 hours prior to the match, even after the opening of official sales. The spot will be put up for sale again by Juventus once the sector has been sold out or all of the sectors have been sold out which are available in ticketing for the event.

  • 27 If my place is not resold, can I still access the Stadium?  

    A place holder who does not wish to attend a match may change his or her mind and take back their place up until the opening of official sales for the match itself; after this period, one cannot take back the decision to not participate in a match.

  • 28 How can I manage the credit accrued through the Secondary Ticketing service?  

    Accrued credits will be visible on the "Summary" page of the "My season pass" section, within 5 days of the match. It can be spent exclusively at the site Listicket.com for purchasing the following Juventus products:
    Tickets for the Juventus Museum and Stadium Tour, made payable to the subscriber or other persons
    Tickets, made payable exclusively to the subscriber, for matches during the 2014/2015 season not included in the season pass (European matches and the Tim Cup)
    Renewal of the season pass for the 2015/16 season

    Accrued credit not used by 31 July 2015 will be terminated without any possibility to recover cash. Additionally, the accrued credit cannot be used for payment of Lis fees, entirely due by the subscriber on the face value of the services purchased.

    Please note that Club Doc members can also spend their accrued credit and purchase season tickets for the new 2015/16 campaign at the coordination centres.

  • 29 I am a season pass holder and I still have not received the new Supporter Card; can I still use the services of the "My season pass" section?  

    Yes, you can use the old card until you receive and activate the new one.

  • 30 Can I be nominated as a reserve on more than one season ticket?  

    Yes, you can be chosen as a reserve for the name change on more than one season ticket, of course you will be able to get only one season ticket at a time.

  • 31 I'm Under 16 (or Under 18 for the Family Stand) but while I was renewing my season ticket the reduced rate wasn't available. What should I do?  

    Whether an Under 16 (or under 18 for the Family Stand) season ticket holder cant'r renew his season pass on the web, he can ask for help calling the call center.
