Yes, on a first-come-first-served basis: each parking ground has free parking bays reserved for disabled persons, which however cannot be booked.

3  I am 100% disabled and intend to purchase a ticket for a single match, will I be given a discount on the price?

100% disabled with limited mobility are admitted free of charge.
