Jean-Claude Blanc

Born on 9 April 1963 in Chambéry (France), he holds an International Business and Marketing degree from CERAM University in Nice (France).

Between 1987 and 1992 he was Sales and Marketing Director and Opening and Closing Ceremony Director for the Albertville Olympic Games in France, and then he achieved an MBA at Harvard Business School.

Between 1994 and 2000 he covered the role of  General Manager/CEO at the Amaury Sport Organization, a firm that owns sport facilities in France and that organizes the main sport events in France (Tour de France, Paris/Roubaix race, Parigi/Dakar race).

Between 2001 and June 2006 he was General Manager/CEO of the French Tennis Federation (FFT) and was the man in charge of organizing the French Open (Roland Garros), the Paris Master Series and the Davis Cup tennis tournaments.
