Agreement with Olympique Lyonnais for the acquisition of the registration rights of the player Fabio Grosso

Turin, 31 August 2009 – Juventus Football Club announces that the agreement with Olympique Lyonnais SASP for the acquisition of the registration rights of the player Fabio Grosso has been reached. The contract envisages the payment by Juventus of € 2 million in three annual instalments. The purchase value may increase by a further maximum of € 1 million on achieving given sports performances in the course of the duration of the contract. The transfer agreement is conditioned upon the International Transfer Certificate be released in favour of Juventus timely within 1 September 2009. Juventus and the player have signed a 3-year contract of employment.
