15 december 2009 - Powerade is the new Official Sport Drink Supplier of Juventus

Turin, 15 DECEMBER 2009 - Juventus Football Club and Coca-Cola signed an agreement for the seasons 2009/2010 and 2010/2011 – which shall bind the brand Powerade, Sports Drink of The Coca-Cola Company, to Juventus as Official Sport Drink Supplier.

Powerade has thus become the Official Sport Drink Supplier of Juventus players. The agreement foresees the provision of the product Powerade Isotonic during the whole season as well as important moments of appearance of the brand during the matches of the Serie A TIM and the TIM Cup at the Stadio Olimpico.

Powerade is a product conceived to assist sporting activities, both football and others: Powerade, in fact, has been linked to the world of sports for a number of years in a transversal manner, becoming a protagonist in sporting events in the world of basketball, winter sports and fitness as well as the Official Sports Drink for the FIFA World Cup in Germany and Official Sports Drink for Euro 2008.

Marco Fassone, Executive Director of the Stadium Area, Sales and Marketing of Juventus commented with regards to the new partnership: «Powerade is a brand of absolute quality, the perfect product for the cooperation with a team like Juventus which is used to daily challenges in order to reach important goals.
