Juventus dive into the future

Today the 20th of November 2008, at 6pm, Juventus shall dive further into the future. The club will in fact present the project for the new stadium that will replace the Delle Alpi as from the 2011/12 season hosting the home games. The presentation will take place in the Giovanni Agnelli Auditorium at the Lingotto.

The event is of very high significance for the club and will be attended by top personalities not only from the football world : from John Elkann to Turin mayor Sergio Chiamparino, from Giancarlo Abete to Antonio Matterrese, including Luca Pancalli and other guests of utmost importance. All Juventus fans can watch the event live on Juventus Channel.

President Giovanni Cobolli Gigli expressed his satisfaction during an intervention on the Juventus official channel during Studio News: «Today the home for all Juventus fans is born. A modern and safe stadium to live the matches with more intensity not only by watching from just a few metres from the field but by listening to all the sounds and voices typical of a football match. Juventus is the first club in Italy to have its very own stadium and this is a reason to be proud. It is also a great opportunity for the club to diversify its income and find different means to invest in the future».
