Juventus plant new forest thanks to New Holland

Juventus' summer camp in Pinzolo is the first-ever in the world with no emissions: this is possible thanks to New Holland's concern, who decided to confirm their ongoing commitment to the environment by funding the planting of 26 new trees in an area next to the training ground, thus creating a veritable Juventus forest.

A large delegation from Juventus, including Chairman Giovanni Cobolli Gigli, Claudio Ranieri and eleven players (Belardi, Zebina, Andrade, Legrottaglie, Molinaro, Marchionni, Zanetti, Tiago, Trezeguet, Amauri and Iaquinta) planted the first tree this morning, a mountain ash that could grow up to fifteen or twenty metres in height.

Alongside the Bianconeri, others taking part in the event included Carlo Lambro, New Holland Agriculture Europe's executive, New Holland Construction’s Italy Marketing executive Riccardo Balma, Pinzolo mayor William Bonomi and local councillors responsible for natural resources, forests and sport, Luciano Caola and Roberto Papa. Every one attending shovelled some earth to help plant the tree as proof of Juventus’, New Holland's and the Trentino region's commitment in environmental matters.
