A happy Christmas for the Allievi Nazionali

The first Christmas in Turin will be a very happy one for Manager Massimiliano Maddaloni. His Allievi Nazionali will spend it in first place, even more so after the last game of the first part of the season.

A great second half at Sanremo ensured a 3-0 win (all the goals, by Libertazzi, Boniperti and Carta, came in the second half), but good news also came from the other grounds. Genoa lost away to Canavese and now Juventus have six points more than the second-placed teams – Torino and Sampdoria – and seven more than Genoa, now in third place.

Everything is put off until January for now. The League restarts Sunday the 13th, with Juve playing at Canavese. Before that, Maddaloni's team will play a tournament in Umbria.
