Buffon: «Things didn’t work out the way we expected them to. We excuse ourselves with the supporters»

Buffon’s comments at the end of the match: «Things didn’t work out the way we expected them to and how the Juventus supporters deserved them to. In the last 20 days we wasted a season which up to then was carried out well. We cannot do anything else but excuse ourselves with our supporters who are as disappointed as us. The final would have been the first step towards more prestigious objectives. Now we must concentrate on the next six matches, trying to win them all to partly win back the faith of the people of Juventus who always responded to us».
