Born in Tione di Trento (Trento) on the 30th of November 1978, he graduated in Physical Sciences from Verona University. He qualified as a professional trainer from the Federal Technical Center (Figc). Notwithstanding his young age, he has already gathered various experiences in professional soccer, on an international level, from Chievo (2001) to Panathinaikos, a team where he followed Alberto Malesani in 2005. After a year he moved back to Verona and began collaborating with Del Neri’s staff, and in particular with Professor De Bellis, who he also followed at Atalanta and Sampdoria and now at Juventus.
