After the victory against Bologna, Alberto Zaccheroni is satisfied but very honest and direct in his comments: «On the eve of the match I was worried because Bologna was coming from 6 positive matches including a victory against Fiorentina and Livorno and a draw against Milan. Besides we were tired from the match in Amsterdam. I am happy with the victory but most of all how we won. The midfielders scored. This means that we are heading in the right direction psychologically and we must work much more on the field. There are many things yet to do. The problem is with so many matches in a short time we do not have enough time to work on details. We will do our best but don’t expect things to go so well every time».

Juventus managed to resist notwithstanding the insistence of Bologna on the attack: «The capability of suffering is in the DNA of this team. I played against Juventus many times and I know this well. When I cam here I told the players to re-polish certain values of this team and you will see that things get better».

The fact that three days before Juve played an important match against Ajax did not help: «In the first half an hour we played very well then fatigue kicked in. I was surprised at how well we played at first. I looked at the bench and at first I thought we had a great bench but then thinking that many of them did not have enough minutes in them following their injuries».
