Shortly after making their triumphant return from Parma, Antonio Conte’s men are back at work in Vinovo as preparations intensify for Tuesday night’s Champions League visit of Real Madrid
Fresh from last night’s away success over Parma in Emilia-Romagna, the Bianconeri spent this morning gearing up for their most challenging week of the season to date, in which Tuesday’s Champions League clash with Real Madrid is followed by Napoli’s visit to Juventus Stadium on Sunday.
Spirits in the camp are high, though, after yesterday’s tussle at the Tardini marked Juve’s third successive victory and clean sheet. But Real Madrid, who lead Group B, also approach the fixture in good form, having banished the memory of their El Clasico defeat with back-to-back triumphs over Sevilla and Rayo Vallecano.
Today saw Antonio Conte put his men through two separate workouts. Those who figured in yesterday’s meeting with the Gialloblu underwent a warm-down, while it was business as usual for the remainder of the squad.
The Bianconeri will put the finishing touches on their gameplan tomorrow afternoon from the club’s Juventus Center training complex at 15.30 CET.
Conte and Carlos Tevez are set to meet the media beforehand at Juventus Stadium, with their press conference scheduled for 13.30 CET.
