The Code of Ethics fixed the values of Juventus and the adherence to which corporate bodies are required, and employees, as well as all those who work for the achievement of business objectives, each within their own functions and responsibilities.
The Code of Ethics defines the principles of conduct to be applied in the management of the Company, also by identifying the obligations and responsibilities of employees.
The Code of Ethics, along with all the other rules, policies, procedures and instructions issued by the Company, is the program for assuring effective prevention and detection of potential violations of laws.
The Code of Ethics is, among other things, a compulsory general principle of the Organizational, Management and Control adopted by Juventus pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
