Sunday evening sees Juventus host Salernitana at the Allianz Stadium, the second-to-last home fixture for the Bianconeri this campaign.

There are three important points up for grabs for Juve, who will seal Champions League qualification with a win, while Salernitana's fate in Serie B is already secured.

Ahead of the 18:00 CEST kick-off, here are ten things to know about the Granata.

  1. Salernitana have lost their last four league matches, and in their Serie A history they have never suffered five defeats in a row.
  2. The Granata have conceded at least three goals in all of their last four Serie A away games - the last team to do worse in the competition was Crotone in 2021 (eight in that case).
  3. Salernitana is, with Empoli, one of the two teams to have scored the fewest goals from inside the penalty area this season (22).
  4. Stefano Colantuono’s men have conceded 10 goals from penalties this season - the last team to concede more in a single Serie A season was Venezia in 2021/22 (11).
  5. Loum Tchaouna is the youngest player to have been involved in at least seven goals this Serie A season (four goals and three assists), and could score in two matches in a row for the first time in Serie A.
  6. With his next appearance, Antonio Candreva will surpass the threshold of 500 games played in Serie A, reaching 17th on the list of most games played in the history of the competition - in 2009/10 he collected 16 appearances and two goals for Juventus in Serie A.
  7. Simy scored two goals in Serie A against Juventus, but both at home, one in 2018 and one in 2020, with Crotone.
  8. Federico Fazio has scored a goal in each of the last eight Serie A seasons, from 2016/17 onwards; in the period no other central defender managed to score in all the Serie A championships that were played.
  9. Benoît Costil is the goalkeeper with the lowest save percentage this season among shotstoppers with at least 10 games played in the tournament (57%).
  10. At 91 appearances, Lassana Coulibaly is the Salernitana player with the most games played in Serie A.
