At 20:45 CET on Saturday, March 7, Juventus will play at the Allianz Stadium against Pisa on matchday 28 of the 2025/2026 Serie A season.

Luciano Spalletti spoke ahead of the match against the Tuscan team in his pre-match press conference.

THE TEAM'S CONDITION

"I'm convinced we'll do well in this final part of the season because we've shown the performance of a proper team during a difficult period in our journey. It's the difficulties that show your worth. We've had too many bad moments, and this has brought out this group's desire to fight. This gives me hope for the upcoming matches. We hope Vlahovic returns to the pitch in Udine; he won't be playing tomorrow. Gatti has recovered and is available: I noticed he has been very intense, involved, and showing that he has a strong personality. I'll give the players the lineup there tomorrow: from what I've seen this week, the group is doing well.

"In my opinion, Koopmeiners is stronger if he's involved in build-up play, if he starts with the ball at his feet: if you have him playing with his back to the opponent, you'll put him in difficulty with his characteristics. Since I arrived, I've repeated: Teun is a good player who knows how to play in a good team. I haven't always played him, but he's always guaranteed a great impact. He deserves even more playing time than I've given him. Milik won't be available tomorrow; he's training with the team but isn't fit yet. We hope he can give us a hand because we know he's a valuable player."

THE NEXT OPPONENT AT THE ALLIANZ STADIUM

"It will be a very difficult match for us against Pisa because everyone around us thinks it's a win, something we should win, considering Pisa is a team that are almost already relegated, while I'm convinced they have great motivation. In some ways, it's easier to motivate a team in those moments than in others: I know that sometimes something clicks in the players' heads, and we must avoid frivolity and superficiality in our approach. The numbers show that we're not where we want to be, compared to the objectives we've set ourselves. We're getting a strong message and affection from the fans, who want to continue supporting this group and encouraging the boys: we have a lot at stake in this final part of the season, and we have to admit it because only responsibility can tell us who we are and what we're doing."
