Juventus’ Matteo Fabris and Stefano Braghin have provided an invaluable insight into their professional field as speakers at Juventus University’s course for executive backroom staff and sports administration professionals this weekend.
Many different areas were covered, from government legislation to awareness of the responsibility of one’s role, not forgetting the importance of security and communication on the pitch.
Matteo Fabris, Team Manager of the Juventus First Team, told the story of his path from Head of Sporting Administration for the youth academy to his current role alongside Antonio Conte and the Bianconeri stars.
For his part, Stefano Braghin, Director of the Juventus youth academy, explained the evolution of the organizational structure of a club like Juventus and new developments like the UEFA Youth League.
Juventus Soccer Schools Manager Marco Isnardi praised the initiative and the reception it has received: “I’m very happy with the response to a new educational course like this one which is dedicated to providing essential lessons for the smooth running of a sports club.
“Our aim is to be a point of reference for youth football systems and Juventus University is an excellent opportunity to convey our values and expertise.”
Juventus University has once again proved itself to be not just an educational workshop, but rather an opportunity to reach the very top of your game. More information can be found on www.juvesoccerschool.com.
