The Bianconeri’s build-up to Wednesday night’s Champions League Group B clash with Real Madrid is officially underway after the team touched down in the Spanish capital shortly before 20.50 local time.
After conducting a warm-down at the club’s Vinovo training complex this morning in the wake of yesterday’s meeting with Fiorentina, Antonio Conte’s men then travelled to Turin’s Caselle airport, where they boarded their charter flight bound for Barajas.
Upon their arrival in Spain, Juventus were immediately whisked to their city centre hotel where they will enjoy dinner before resting up ahead of an important day’s preparations.
While Real Madrid will carry out their pre-match workout tomorrow morning at Valdebebas - the team’s purpose-built sporting centre on the outskirts of the city - the Bianconeri will instead sample the surface of the world famous Santiago Bernabeu in the early evening.
Conte will put his side through their final preparations shortly after joining Giorgio Chiellini in addressing the world’s media at the 85,000 capacity arena, with Juventus' press conference scheduled for 17.00 CET.
