Following the announcement of a rescheduled date for this weekend’s fixture between Juventus and Sassuolo, now to be played on Sunday 15 December at 18.30 CET as opposed to Saturday night, supporters unable to attend will be eligible for a refund.
Internet or Call Center
Requests for refunds can be submitted between 16.00 today and 14.00 on Saturday 14 December, by sending an email to email@example.com
The email must specify whether the ticket was purchased over the internet or via the call center. The entire amount will subsequently be returned to the card holder, including the commission fee.
Authorised sales points
By returning to the place the ticket was originally bought, supporters can request a full refund. This must be done by the end of the working day on Saturday 14 December.
Any seats that become available during the refunds process will be put back on sale from 16.00 today, Thursday 12 December, via the usual channels.
