There's only one number one. That number one is Gigi Buffon. Captain, human wall and Juve legend, Gigi can save anything. He occasionally even saves the unsaveable. His stops are often crucial and if there were some way of quantifying how many points Buffon's saves are worth, it would be even more obvious how much of Juve's success is down to him.
J-Members are well aware of that. Which is why they named him their MVP of the Month powered by Hanwha for December, voting for him after every match on juventus.com.
He will receive the award on Tuesday night, ahead of the Inter game. One lucky fan will have the honour of representing all the Members and hand Gigi the gong in person.
