For the first time in history, a football club is offering its season ticket holders the opportunity to manage their account and sell their seats on a match by match basis if they are unable to attend in person.
In another pioneering move, Juventus has launched ‘My Season Ticket’ on Juventus.com, a section enabling fans to choose their games and plan when to travel to Juventus Stadium.
In this area, supporters can sell their tickets to a designated ‘reserve’ for matches or return their seat to the club so that it can be made available for other customers.
For seats sold on by the club, season ticket holders will be reimbursed with credit. This can be used to purchase Juventus Museum and Stadium Tour tickets, Coppa Italia and European games not included in the season ticket package or put towards next year’s renewal.
The ‘My Season Ticket’ area is already online and available for any transactions relating to the first three fixtures of the season against Udinese, Cesena and Roma.
Logging on to the section enables supporters to see how much credit they could make from relinquishing their seats for each individual game, allowing them the ability to exchange or resell their seats.
Reserves can be added at any time throughout the course of the season and there are no limits on the amount of tickets that can be resold.
In order to access the service, log in to Juventus.com, click 'Tickets' at the top of the webpage and choose the option 'My Season Ticket' to begin the process.
