Rizzoli in charge for Saturday’s game with Lazio

Nicola Rizzoli has been named referee for Saturday evening’s Serie A encounter between the Bianconeri and second-placed Lazio at Juventus Stadium.

The 43-year-old has previously overseen 29 matches involving the Old Lady in all competitions, with the club’s record under his guidance currently reading 13 victories, 10 draws and six losses.

Rizzoli, who comes from Bologna, has already run the rule over two Bianconeri games this season: September’s 1-0 triumph in Milan as well as December’s goalless draw away at Fiorentina.

He’ll be flanked in Turin by assistant referees Renato Faverani and Filippo Meli, goal-line officials Antonio Damato and Massimiliano Irrati, and fourth official Andrea Crispo.
