Dani Alves pleased with a good team performance

Dani Alves admitted that he was pleased with the team's and his own performance after getting another 90 minutes under his belt against Palermo following his return from injury.

"We're happy with the win," he explained. "On a personal level I'm pleased too. I feel better all the time and I'm here to do what the coach wants me to and help the team out where I can."

The full-back also looked ahead to Wednesday night's game against Porto: "We'll definitely be competitive. We have the right experience to play matches like these."

Finally, Dani had a word on [Paulo] Dybala: "'La Joya' by name, 'La Joya' by nature. He's a joy to watch - he really is a top player."
