Allegri: "Tomorrow will be a good game"

SAMP'S STATE

"We will play against a team that, despite the defeat, played a good match against Atalanta. Then, we know, playing in Genoa is never easy because the support is always very passionate, but at the same time it will be an extra stimulus for us. It will be a great challenge and it will be important for us to play a proper match. It will not be an easy match because we will face a well organised team."

TEAM PROGRESS

"The team is doing well because when you win the mood is always very good. We have some players out, but we are working very well with who we have available. We only have to think about being on the pitch and training in the best possible way. These three very intense months will be really important for our progress in this Serie A season. Then another 'season' will begin in January, so it will be crucial to give our best in this first part."

THE TEAM FOR THE TRIP TO GENOA

"I am very happy with Moise Kean's performance. We will need everyone this year because from now until the stop for the World Cup we will play many matches. There will be room for everyone. Tomorrow both Kean and Adrien Rabiot will play. Filip Kostić will also have the opportunity to start. Filip has settled in very well since his arrival, he is a strong player, who crosses well and who has a great personality. In defence, however, one between Federico Gatti and Daniele Rugani will play. Leonardo Bonucci will be available, but I had already suggested letting him rest for tomorrow's match."

THE RACE FOR THE TITLE

"Milan are favourites because they are the reigning Italian champions, but Inter have also strengthened a lot. It will be a very exciting fight at the top, but we will only have to think about ourselves with the first objective which will be to do better than last season. We want to continuously improve and to do so we will need heart, passion and sacrifice, in addition to the technique which at this level becomes fundamental."

FEDERICO CHIESA

"I would be happy to see Federico Chiesa on the pitch again before the break for the World Cup. At the moment it's normal that we cannot rely on him, we must be realistic and let him work in peace."

YOUTH CHAPTER

"The various young players we have available are very good, they are strong. From here to the end of the transfer market, in agreement with the club, we will evaluate who will remain in the squad and who, on the other hand, will leave to play and gain experience."
