Kingsley Coman has expressed his joy after coming off the bench to net his maiden goal for the club in this evening’s sensational 6-1 Coppa Italia last 16 triumph over Hellas Verona.
The 18-year-old, who swapped Paris for Turin in the summer, took the roof off Juventus Stadium with a stunning drive from outside the box on 79 minutes, the Bianconeri’s sixth of a productive evening in the final third.
Speaking to the media after the game, the French talent said: “We played very well and it was a fine victory. I’m happy, but getting the win was more important than scoring. Sunday will be a different game entirely though. We’re expecting a tough one and need to prepare ourselves well for it.”
