Massimiliano Allegri has confirmed a 21-man squad for Saturday evening’s Serie A meeting with Empoli at the Stadio Carlo Castellani.
Luca Marrone will be absent from the travelling party after suffering an injury during training yesterday. A scan conducted this morning revealed he has a first-grade tear of the rectus femoris muscle in his left thigh. The 24-year-old is expected to return to action within 20 days.
