Lindsey Thomas is a Juventus player!

The Juventus Women strikeforce has just been bolstered with the arrival of Lindsey Thomas, who is officially Bianconera from 1 July 2023! The French forward arrives following her experience at Milan and has signed a contract in Turin until 30 June 2025.

Born in Saint-Claude in Guadeloupe and raised in Terre-de-Haut, an island in the Îles des Saintes archipelago, Thomas is no stranger to Serie A, having plied her trade in Italy since 2019, when she signed for Roma. The 28-year-old began her football career in her native France, turning out for Montpellier, Bordeaux and Dijon, with a stint at Swiss club Basel in between. Across that period, she enjoyed numerous unforgettable moments in French national team colours as well, including victory at the 2013 Under-19 European Championship and a bronze-medal finish at the Under-20 World Cup in 2014.

Her impact for Roma was immediate. In the 2019/20 season, she was the club's top scorer, as she then won her first trophy in Italy the following year: the Coppa Italia. On the way to that title, the Giallorosse got the better of Juve in the semi-finals, with Thomas scoring in both the first and second leg, a decisive contribution as Roma progressed to the final at the Bianconere’s expense.

Thomas also scored against Juve in her new shirt, the red and black of Milan, who she joined in 2021. In fact, she is the player who has scored the most goals against Juventus - five - considering all competitions: four in the Italian Cup, and one in Serie A. Now she will no longer line up on the opposite side, but will be ready to celebrate her goals in black and white.

Welcome, Lindsey!
