Pogba extends Juventus stay

Juventus Football Club is delighted to announce that Paul Pogba has today put pen to paper on a new contract which keeps him with the club until 2019.

The agreement was confirmed this morning at the club’s shareholders’ assembly by CEO Giuseppe Marotta, who said: “Before coming here we signed Paul Pogba’s contract extension which binds us until 2019.”

Since joining from Manchester United in the summer of 2012, the 21-year-old’s phenomenal performances have seen him become a pivotal member of the Bianconeri’s Scudetto winning squads over the past two seasons.

On the international scene, he has established himself as fully-fledged member of the France national team and this summer won the World Cup’s Young Player award following a series of eye-catching displays for Les Bleus in Brazil.

Everyone at Juventus Football Club is looking forward to enjoying more of Paul’s contributions for many years to come.
