Hours after securing a 2-0 success over Lazio at Juventus Stadium, the Bianconeri were back at Juventus Center to gear up for Wednesday’s Champions League quarter-final return leg against Monaco in Monte Carlo.
Thorough preparation is required if the reigning champions of Italy, who head into the game with a 1-0 advantage, are going to stave off a Monaco fightback in the south of France, and Massimiliano Allegri will be using the next few days to ensure his men are raring to go come kick-off time on Wednesday.
The focus began today with a warm-down in the gym for all those involved last night’s triumph against the Biancocelesti, while it was business as usual for the remainder of the group, who conducted a regular workout on the training ground.
Preparations will resume tomorrow, when Allegri is expected to have a full group at his disposal.
