Sustainability

BLACK, WHITE & MORE

Since 2013, Juventus has been on a sustainability journey that has evolved through the increasing integration of environmental and social issues into the Club’s activities, with the aim of creating shared value for the communities and local areas in which it operates.

That same year, the Club published its first Sustainability Report, marking the beginning of a commitment to transparency and reporting that continues to this day.

From the outset, the Club established a dedicated sustainability team and, in 2023, decided to integrate it into the People & Culture Department.

A choice that reflects a clear belief.

Sustainability is not the sole responsibility of a dedicated team, but an ongoing journey that involves the entire organisation, with people as the driving force behind change.

This vision comes to life through the Black, White & More strategy.

“Black & White” represents the essence of Juventus: football, competition and the pursuit of excellence on the pitch. “More” represents what goes beyond the game: responsibility towards people, communities and the environment, and the commitment to making a positive contribution to the communities and areas in which the Club operates.

With a global community of millions of fans and supporters, Juventus recognises its impact and the role it can play in promoting a more inclusive, responsible and forward-looking culture. This is why sustainability remains an integral part of the Club’s journey, on and off the pitch.
