Patrik Schick medical

Patrick Schick completed a large part of his medical examinations at J|Medical ahead of a proposed transfer from Sampdoria to Juventus today.

The forward will now return to the Czech Republic squad - currently at the European U21 Championships in Poland - and will complete the remainder of the formalities once he has been released from international duty.
