What is the validity period of a Juventus Membership?

All Juventus Memberships are valid all season long, expiring on June 30.

I want to give a Membership as a gift: what are the steps for the activation?

When you gift a Membership to someone older than 16, you are asked to name the recipient. He/she will receive a link to activate it and then enjoy all the services associated with it. Additionally, he/she will become the owner of the Membership once the gift has been redeemed. Important! To activate the Membership, it is necessary that the data requested in the "personal data" section of the recipient is complete.

I want to give a Membership to a minor under the age of 16: what is the procedure for its activation?

When you give a Membership to a minor under the age of 16, you are required to indicate the name of the holder; you will be able to redeem and manage the Membership, or, alternatively, you can send the activation link to another adult who in turn can activate it by becoming its holder. The holder of a Membership will therefore be able to check, through their MyJuve profile, the affiliation of the minor and the related benefits.

I want to buy a ticket during the Priority Ticket Sale and I am a Membership holder. Do I need a Juventus Card?

No, to complete the purchase, your Membership number is enough and the Juventus Card is not required. With the Juventus Card, however, you can upload the tickets and enter the stadium in the event that restrictions are imposed by the authorities: the Card is valid for 10 years and it costs € 15 + shipping. I already have a Juventus Card but i decided to become a Member. Can i continue to use it anyway?

Yes, the Juventus Card is valid until the expiration date shown on it. You will need it for digitally uploading admission tickets.

Automatic renewal: how can I turn it off, if it has been on since I activated my Membership?

To turn off auto-renew, log in to our site and access your MyJuve profile. Go to "My Purchases"> "Membership" and uncheck the "Automatic renewal" checkbox at least 15 days before the expiration date of your membership.

I am a Member but I do not live in Italy. How can I access the Priority Ticket Sale?

To access the Priority Ticket Sale, just enter your Membership code in the purchase process, in the "Tickets" section of Juventus.com.

How many can I buy in the Priority Ticket Sale?

The number of tickets that can be purchased is indicated in the "Tickets" section, in the information regarding the match, before every match.

Name change: can I change the name if I purchase a ticket during the Priority Ticket Sale?

Unfortunately, it is not possible. Connect to Juventus.com to stay informed of any exceptions useful for the name change on tickets purchased during the Priority Ticket Sale.

How can I participate in the exclusive invite-only events?

Submit your application in the "Invite-only" section of the Membership Events Platform. Log in and discover all the events reserved for Members.

I am a Member, but I live in a non-EU country. Who is responsible for the customs duties and taxes related to the welcome pack I will receive?

The Welcome Pack shipped to a country outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and taxes that will be charged to the recipient. Customs duties and taxes vary according to the country of destination and are applied upon arrival of the goods in the country. Contact your Customs Office for more information relating to the duties, taxes, and procedures for customs clearance of goods. And remember that falsifying the value of the Welcome Pack to reduce customs duties is against the law: any requests to do so will be ignored.

Where can I find the data about the status of my Membership?

You can find it on your MyJuve profile, after logging in, inside My Membership card.

Right of withdrawal: how can I exercise it, if I have purchased or given away the Membership, but have changed my mind?

Log into your MyJuve profile; go to "My Purchases", and select "Cancel Withdrawal" during the cooling-off period.

Can Young Lite Member, and Junior Black & White Members buy a ticket during the Priority Ticket Sale?

No, only J1897 and B&W Members can buy tickets for Young and Junior Black & White Members in their respective Priority Ticket Sales phases.

Who is the Young Black & White Lite Membership for?

The Young Black & White Lite Membership is the ideal gift for all young fans aged 12-16.

Who is the Junior Black & White Membership for?

The Junior Black & White Membership is the ideal gift for the little big fans up to 11 years of age.

Who can buy and gift Young Lite Membership and Junior Black & White Membership?

The Young and Junior Black & White Memberships can be gifted by parents, friends, relatives, and anyone who cares about a young fan! In the purchase process, the buyer can choose who will be the beneficiary of the Membership and decide whether to be the holder or to name another adult for this role.

Stadium: do children need the Juventus Card to enter the stadium?

No, in fact, up to 6 years of age, admission is free without seat assignment: just show an identity document for both the child and the adult.

If I buy the Young Black&White Lite or Junior Black & White Membership, do I need the Juventus Card as well?

No, the Juventus Card is not mandatory.

Welcome Pack: is there a card inside?

No, the physical card is not present in the Welcome Pack, but you can view your affiliation or that of a Junior or Young Black & White Lite Membership whose Membership you manage in the MyJuve section, after logging in with your credentials.

Black & White Lite Membership: what is it and what are the benefits?

The Black & White Lite Membership has the same features as the Black & White, minus the Welcome Pack. Black & White Young Lite Membership: what is it and what are the benefits?

The Black & White Young Lite Membership is a Black & White that does not include the Welcome pack. The benefits that Black & White Young Lite Members will enjoy are access to invite-only events (application must be made by the holder), exclusive discounts, and promotions.
