I want to buy a ticket during the Priority Ticket sale and I am a Member. Do I need also a Juventus Card?

No, your Membership number is enough to complete the purchase and the Juventus Card is not required.

What is the validity period of a Juventus Membership? 

Juventus Memberships purchased from July 2020 will have seasonal validity (therefore expiring on 6/30).

How do I Gift Membership? 

The buyer of a free Membership must indicate the name of the recipient. The recipient of the gift will receive an activation link to start enjoying all the benefits of the Membership.

How do I gift a Membership to a 16 year old?

The buyer of a Gift Membership must indicate the name of the recipient and choose whether to manage the Membership directly or send the activation link to an adult who in turn can activate it and become its supervisor. The supervisor of a Membership can, therefore, view, through his MyJuve profile, the membership of the minor, and the benefits related.

I already have a Juventus Card but I have decided to become a Member. Can I continue to use it anyway? 

Yes, the card is valid until the expiration date indicated. It will be useful to upload your tickets, and for purchases during your Priority Ticket sale.

I am a Member, but I have problems with the renewal of my Membership. What should I do?

Can I buy a ticket during the Priority Ticket sale if I don't have a Juventus Card?

Yes, you have access to the Priority Ticket sale even without the Juventus Card.

Automatic renewal: how can I turn it off, if it has been on since I first activated my Membership?

To disable automatic renewal, log in to our site and access your MyJuve profile. Go to the "My Purchases"> "Membership" section and uncheck "Automatic renewal", at least 15 days before the expiration date of your Membership.

Abroad: I am a Member but I don't live in Italy. How can I get access to the Priority Ticket sale? 

To get access to the Priority Ticket sale, simply enter the Membership code during the purchase process, in the "Tickets" section of Juventus.com.

Number of tickets: how many can I buy during the Priority Ticket sale? 

The number of tickets that can be purchased is indicated in the "Tickets" section, in the information related to a specific match, before each game.

Name change: can I do it if I buy a ticket during the Priority Ticket sale? 

No, it's not possible. Exceptions for name change on tickets purchased during the Priority Ticket sale will be communicated on Juventus.com.

How can I attend invitation-only events?

Send your application in the "Invitation-only events" section of Juventus.com. Log in and discover all the Members-only events.

Abroad: I am a Member but I live in a non-EU country. Do I have to pay customs duties and/or taxes for the welcome pack I will receive?

If the Welcome Pack is shipped to a country outside the European Union it may be subject to customs duties charged to the recipient. Customs duties and taxes vary according to the country of destination and are calculated upon arrival of the goods in the country itself. Contact your Customs Office for all information relating to the amount of import duties, taxes, and Customs Clearance required documents and procedures. Remember that declaring a lower value for the Welcome Pack to reduce customs duties is against the law: any requests to do so will be ignored.

Where do I check my membership status?

You can review the details of your Membership in your MyJuve profile, after logging in, in the «My Membership» card.

Right of withdrawal: how can I exercise it, if I purchased or gifted the Membership, but I changed my mind? 

In your MyJuve profile, after logging in, in the "My Purchases" section, you can select the "withdraw/refund" option during the cooling-off period.

Can Young, Junior, and Baby Black & White Members purchase a ticket during a Priority Ticket sale?

No, only J1897 and B&W Members can purchase a ticket for Young, Junior and Baby Black & White Members in their respective Priority Ticket sale phases.

Who is eligible for the Young Black & White Membership? 

The Young Black & White Membership is the ideal gift for all young fans between the ages of 12 and 16.

Who is eligible for the Junior Black & White Membership? 

The Junior Black & White Membership is the ideal gift for all the little big fans between the ages of 3 and 11.

Who is eligible for the Baby Black & White Membership?

The Baby Black & White Membership is the ideal gift for all young fans aged between 0 and 2 years.

Who can buy and give away Young, Junior and Baby Black & White Memberships?

The Young, Junior and Baby Black & White Membership can be gifted by parents, friends, relatives and by all those who care about a very young fan! During the purchase process, the buyer can choose who to register for the Membership and become the supervisor.

No, in fact, up to 6 years of age, admission is free with no assigned seat: it is enough to show an ID for both the child and the adult.

If I sign up for the Young, Junior or Baby Black & White Membership, do I also need a Juventus Card? 

No, the Juventus Card is not mandatory.

Will I receive a card in the Welcome Pack?

No, there is no physical card in the Welcome Pack.
