What are the advantages of signing up for MyJuve?

Signing up for MyJuve Reserved Area is the key for all Juventus digital platforms: Juventus.com, Juventus TV, Online Store, Membership, etc.

With a single profile, you can access the whole Black and White world, experience your passion for your team to the fullest and:

- Watch exclusive content reserved for registered users

- See your purchase history

- Take part in Fan contests

- Get the latest news before anyone else and offers designed especially for you

- Write your story with Juventus and customize it whenever you want

How do I Sign up? 

You can create a free profile that gives you access to all Juventus digital platforms 1. With your e-mail address or your phone number Go to the "Sign up" page and choose whether to use your email address or phone number. Confirm your email address by clicking the confirmation link we will send to the provided email address or via the account verification SMS, within 24 hours of receipt. Please note that the registration will not be effective until you confirm your email address, and you will not be able to access Juventus digital platforms. If you don't receive the confirmation email, check the spam or junk folder. 2. With your Facebook, Google, Apple or WeChat account From any page of our site, click the profile icon (top right) and then click "Don't have a profile yet?". Log in with your Facebook, Google, Apple, or WeChat account, using your existing social network credentials. The necessary personal data will be automatically imported from your social profile. You will be asked to fill in the remaining fields only in case some of them are left empty. If you already have a Juventus profile, you can connect your social profiles, to make access even easier. To make your registration effective, read our Privacy Policy and accept the terms and conditions of use of the site's services. During registration, you can choose whether to stay up to date on all the offers, news, and initiatives that we will launch for our fans.Once your sign up, you can log in from any device. .

What personal data is displayed in my account? 

In the "MySettings" tab you can view and modify all personal data provided during registration.

You can view your personal data ("Personal Info" tab), the addresses you provided to us ("Addresses" tab), the list of contacts that you have shared with us ("Contacts" tab), the preferences you have set up ("Communication Preferences" tab) and the approved Privacy Policy ("Privacy and Security" tab). You can also request the portability of your data directly from the "Privacy and Security" tab.

I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

If you signed up by filling out the form on our site and you no longer remember your current password, go to "Forgot your password?" in the "Login" section.

You will be asked to enter the email or phone number provided during registration to receive the link that will allow you to reset your password.

Go to your email inbox/smartphone and find an email / SMS from us with the reset link. If you don't see it, check your junk/spam folders

Then click the link in the email or SMS to go to the reset page, where you can choose a new password.

Choose a new password. Remember that it must contain at least:

  • 8 characters
  • 1 uppercase character
  • 1 lowercase character
  • 1 number digit
  • 1 special character (&*€%)

If, on the other hand, you signed up by logging in with a Facebook, Google, Apple, or WeChat account, it's not possible to recover or change the password through our website.

In this case, changing or recovering your password can only be done through the corresponding website.

How can I change my password?

You can change your password directly from the "Privacy & Security" tab in the "MySettings" section of your personal account.

Enter the current password in the "Current password" field

Enter the new password you wish to use in the "New password" field

Then repeat it in the field below "Repeat password"

We remind you that the new password must contain at least:

  • 8 characters
  • 1 uppercase character
  • 1 lowercase character
  • 1 number digit
  • 1 special character (&*€%)

Furthermore, the new password must be different from the previously used password.

Click the "Save" button. Your new password is now saved. 

How can I change the data in my account? 

In the "MySettings" section you can freely modify all the personal data of your account:

- "Personal Info" tab, you can edit your personal data.

- "Addresses" tab, you can add or modify the provided addresses.

- "Contacts" tab, you can update the contacts through which we can send you service information, commercial communication, and activities designed especially for you.

- "Communication preferences" tab, you can change the preferences you have set up;

- "Privacy & Security" tab, you can read our Privacy Policy and confirm/withdraw the consent to it.

Can I change the email address or phone number I used to sign up? 

No, the email address or phone number you used to sign up can't be changed. You can, however, change the preferred email address or phone number to receive our communication, in the "Contacts" tab in the "My Settings" section.

How do I change the preferences for the newsletters I receive? 

In the "Communication preferences" tab in the "MySettings" section, you can manage the active newsletters and, in the "Contacts" tab, you can choose the channels through which we can contact you to keep you up to date with the latest news.

How can I delete my account? 

To delete your account, you must send a request to our Fan Service. Click here or send your request to privacy@juventus.com.

I am under 16 years old, can I sign up? 

Yes, you can sign up for our digital platforms, but only with the consent of a parent / legal guardian. If you have just turned 16 you are considered an "adult in the digital world" and can proceed independently with registration on our platforms. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.

I am under 16 years old, how do I sign up? 

You just need to follow the normal registration procedure, but with the consent of a parent / legal guardian. When registering, the parent / legal guardian must provide his/her contact details to approve your profile. Once registered, you will have access to some specific sections of the MyJuve Reserved Area and you will not be allowed to make purchases or change your communication preferences. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.

I haven't received the confirmation email, what should I do? 

If it doesn't arrive soon, check the spam/junk folders in your email inbox. If you kept the "thank you page" open, you can click on the "I have not received the verification email, I would like to receive another" button. The link is valid for 24 hours. We remind you that the registration will not be effective until you confirm your email address and you will not be able to access our digital platforms.  If you do not receive our verification SMS, you can click on the "I have not received the verification SMS, I would like to receive another" button. The link is valid for 24 hours. I don't remember the credentials to log into the site, how can I recover them?

If you signed up by filling out the form on our site and you don't remember your login credentials, go to "Forgot your password?" in the "Login" section.

Then click on "Forgot your Username?". You will be asked to enter an email address or a phone number previously associated with your MyJuve profile to receive the link that will allow you to recover your Username.

My account has been blocked, what can I do?

If your MyJuve profile has been temporarily blocked, just wait 30 minutes and then try to login again. If your MyJuve profile has been permanently blocked, this is due to security reasons to protect your profile and your personal data, we invite you to contact our Fan Service through the official channels available on the " Contact us "at this link.
