Juventus offers blind and visually impaired fans the opportunity to access a free audio description service for every official home match played by the Men’s First Team at the Allianz Stadium. The service is available through a dedicated app, providing an accessible and engaging matchday experience.
How to access the service:
- Download the Connect Me Too app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and complete the registration process;
- Select the sport, league/federation and club you are interested in;
- Contact the Juventus Fan Service on (+39) 0114530486 to request a unique OTP CODE;
- Enter the OTP CODE and wait for authorisation.
The procedure to access the service must be completed no later than two days before the match, or by 12:00 CET on Friday if the match is scheduled for a Monday. Failure to request access from the Club within the specified timeframe will result in the audio description service being unavailable.
The service is available to a limited number of users.
Priority access will be granted to fans attending the match at the stadium. Subject to remaining availability, access may also be granted to fans requesting to use the service remotely.
Assistance and support
Support is available directly through the app via an automated WhatsApp chatbot.
To access the support service, simply tap the “?” button located in the top-left corner of the page used to launch the audio description. This will automatically open WhatsApp and start the conversation.
The chatbot will guide users through the most common issues, including problems related to internet connectivity and network access, headphones or audio devices, and app updates.
If the issue cannot be resolved through the guided procedure, the chatbot will provide instructions on how to contact the email support service at connectmetoo@cmt-translations.com, available Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00 CET and on Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 CET.
Technical requirements
The service can be accessed using a mobile device (smartphone) with at least 70% battery charge and a pair of personal headphones.
