Juventus offers blind and visually impaired fans the opportunity to access a free audio description service for every home match of the Men’s First Team at the Allianz Stadium. Starting from the 2025/2026 season, the service will be available through a dedicated App, in order to ensure an even more accessible and engaging experience.
How to access the service:
Download the Connect Me Too App from the Apple Store or Play Store and complete the registration;
Select the sport, the league/federation, and the club of interest;
Contact Juventus Fan Service at (+39) 0114530486 to request a unique OTP CODE;
Enter the OTP CODE and wait for authorization.
The access procedure for the service must be completed no later than two days before the match, or by Friday at 12:00 p.m. in the case of matches taking place on Monday.
Failure to submit the access request to the Club on time will result in the impossibility of using the audio description service.
The standard help desk service of Connect Me Too is available via email at connectmetoo@cmt-translations.com, from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., on Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and during matches for reporting any issues.
The service is available for a limited number of users. Priority authorization is granted to fans attending the stadium. Any remaining availability may also be granted to fans requesting access remotely.
Technical requirements:
The service can be accessed via a mobile device (smartphone) with at least 70% battery charge and a pair of headphones owned by the fan.
