Born in Arezzo in 1968 and graduating in Economics and Business in Florence, Diva is a leading figure in the financial and industrial world.
Since May 2024, she has held the position of Executive Chairwoman of KME GROUP S.p.A. (formerly Intek Group), where she had been Executive Vice Chairwoman since 2007. She is a prominent leader in the KME Group, a leading global player in copper semi-finished products. Within the German holding company KME SE, she was a member of the Management Board (2012-2017) and CEO (2014-2017). She previously served as Chief Executive Officer of the private equity fund I2Capital Partners (2007-2012).
Outside the Group, Moriani held – and continues to hold – senior independent director positions at several major listed companies. She served on the Board of Directors of Moncler S.p.A. since 2014 and of Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. since 2016, where she also chairs the Remuneration and Human Resources Committee. She was a member of the Board of Directors of ENI S.p.A. from 2014 to 2020, and is also a co-founder and member of the Board of Directors of Fondazione Dynamo, the first recreational therapy camp in Italy.
