Graduated in Economics from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Guido had global executive positions in various divisions throughout his career, including Strategy Accounting & Reporting, Tax & Treasury, M&A, Investor Relations, Legal, Procurement and IT.
He began his professional career in investment banking in 1997, providing specialist advice to companies operating in the consumer and media sectors on M&A transactions and the structuring and execution of transactions on financial markets. During his 18 years at Heineken N.V., he held various roles, culminating in the position of Global Head of Corporate Development, where he managed strategy, mergers and acquisitions.
Since 2022, he is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Exor and is also a member of the Board of Directors of Via Transportation.
