Prevention Model

The FIGC guidelines approved on the 1st of October 2019 and the Disciplinary Regulation of the Serie A League, sent the Clubs on the 9th of May 2020 provided the principles and instructions under which Clubs could define organisation, management and control models pursuant to Art. 7, co. 5 of the FIGC Statute (henceforth "Prevention Model" or Model), suitable for preventing the performance of acts contrary to the principles of loyalty, fairness and honesty in any relationship in any way referable to sporting activities.

Juventus’ Governance System has therefore been strengthened with the implementation of the FIGC Prevention Model according to the indications of the aforementioned sports institutions. Furthermore, as suggested by the Serie A League, Juventus has defined the sustainable event management system which has obtained ISO 20121 certification.

Finally, the Guarantee Body was appointed, with the task of supervising the functioning and observance of the FIGC Prevention Model and ensuring its updating. This body is composed as follows: Patrizia Polliotto (President), Alessandra Borelli and Guglielmo Giordanengo.

The Code of Ethics, which describes the principles and moral values which Juventus draws inspiration from, the Special Part of the 231 Model, dedicated to Sports Fraud and the Regulation of the Guarantee Body, are all integral parts of the Prevention Model.
