Mental Health Week

Sometimes, all we need is to know we are not alone.

There are moments when we need someone to make us feel that we belong.

Others when we need to pause and listen to how we are really feeling.

And others still when the most important step is knowing who to turn to for help.

The connections we build can make a difference: a thoughtful gesture, a conversation, someone noticing how we are doing. Looking after our mental wellbeing also means this: making space for ourselves and being there for others.

This is how Juventus continues its commitment to mental health, renewed this year with Juventus Mental Health Week, supported by the Club’s Psychology Department and Kyan Health, the app dedicated to mental and physical wellbeing. Through stories, conversations and resources, this initiative puts the value of connection, listening and support at its heart, helping to tackle loneliness and social isolation.

What if no one had to feel alone?

Building community to counter loneliness and social isolation

How can we help ensure that no one feels alone? The first session explores the value of human connections and a sense of belonging, highlighting how relationships and everyday gestures can help us recognise when others are struggling and build a more caring and inclusive community.

Gianluca Pessotto (Football Teams Staff Coordination Manager) and Professor Giuseppe Vercelli (Head of Juventus’ Psychology Department) share anecdotes and insights on the importance of belonging. The conversation is moderated by Giuseppe Biuso, psychologist at Kyan Health.

Is it really "just" stress?

Recognising the signs and preventing burnout

Stress, pressure and fatigue are part of everyday life for many people. But how can we tell when we are pushing ourselves too hard and rest is no longer enough?

Edita Petojevic, psychotherapist at Kyan Health, helps us distinguish between everyday tiredness, stress and the warning signs of burnout. Discover practical tools to recognise the early warning signs, protect time for recovery, set boundaries and learn how to seek support before reaching breaking point.
