A goal-fest at the Allianz!

You can call it Juve A against Juve B, Juve Black against Juve White, or even the First Team against the Next Gen.

The meaning is the same, and it is in one word, Juventus. The big pre-season match in front of our fans this year took place in our home: the Allianz Stadium, in front of over 20 000 fans, the festive atmosphere giving the squad the desired push ahead of next weekend's official start of the new season.

We want to have a good season: and the only way to do it is to experience it together! Danilo after the match

WELCOME BACK!

The fans filled our home, ready to see their heroes in action, with the Allianz ready to welcome them in after a three-month break.

THE MATCH

The friendly encounter was useful for both the players from Coach Massimiliano Allegri and Coach Massimo Brambilla's charges, who will officially start their season on 3 September, but who are already in full preparation mode. Early on, Fabio Miretti, deployed on the left side by Allegri, had two powerful shots on goal: in the 8th minute he stung GIovanni Garofani's gloves, and in the 15th minute he was denied by the crossbar.

DUSAN AT THE DOUBLE

It was Dušan Vlahović who opened the scoring though, slotting home a penalty in the 16th minute, before a deflected free-kick found the back of the net in the 32nd minute.

KAIO'S RETURN

Shortly before the end of the first half, Moise Kean grabbed the game's third, and just five minutes into the second half, a goal that we had been waiting for, for a long time, arrived - Kaio Jorge, back after his lengthy injury, volleyed home to add his name onto the scoresheet.

The Brazilian was not done however, as he went on two score another two to seal his hat-trick, but not before Arek Milik got into the mix as well with his side's sixth of the night.

To close out proceedings, Dean Huijsen tapped in from close range for the eighth, the scoreline counting for very little however, with a good runout for both teams to continue their pre-season preparations.

Saturday's friendly against Atalanta in Cesena will be the last dress rehearsal before we're off, for real.
