Monza and Juventus meet on Sunday for the first time in Serie A. In recent years there have been a series of clubs that have made their debut in the top flight. The most recent was two seasons ago against Spezia, which the Bianconeri won 4-1. Massimiiano Allegri has been in charge of four such fixtures, from 2015 to 2018.

Read on to find out how those games played out.

CARPI 2015-16

In 2015-16 Carpi experienced their first and only season in Serie A. Juve travelled to the Alberto Braglia Stadium for Matchday 17 on December 20th, the final fixture of 2015. Despite having collected just one win in the previous 16 games - against Torino - the side from Emilia took the lead through former Bianconero Marco Borriello. A Mario Mandzukic double before half time and a Paul Pogba goal shortly after the interval overturned the situation. Leonardo Bonucci's own-goal in stoppage time caused some late nerves but the Lady held out for a 3-2 success and three difficult but important points.

The same season also saw Frosinone participate for the first time in Serie A, and it was against Juve in Matchday 5 that they collected their first ever top-flight point, drawing 1-1 in stoppage time. In the second fixture, the Bianconeri have the better of it with two goals in the closing 20 minutes from Juan Cuadrado and Paulo Dybala.

BENEVENTO 2017-18

The first two meetings with Benevento were unique in their own way. The first match, played in Turin, celebrated Juve's 120th anniversary, and as part of the celebration the Bianconeri donned a commemorative kit. The visitors led at half time but Cuadrado and Higuain turned the situation in Juve's favour with still 25 minutes to play.

At Benevento, meanwhile, Juve - who had conceded just once in the opening 11 fixtures of 2018 - won 4-2 thanks to a Dybala hat-trick, two of which came from the penalty spot, and a masterpiece in stoppage time by Douglas Costa.
