Looking ahead to the match against Wolfsburg in the second leg of the UEFA Women's Champions League play-offs on February 19, Massimiliano Canzi and Lia Walti spoke to the media in the press room of the Allianz Stadium - where the match will be played tomorrow.

LIA WALTI
"German teams are very physical; they fight until the very end. In the first leg, they didn't play their best, but they applied a lot of pressure on the pitch. Clearly, the victory slipped away from us in the final minutes in Germany, and we were disappointed. Now, however, we're full of optimism for tomorrow; we have the opportunity to play our cards and advance. When you play a competition like this, there's not much to say; we're all already motivated because these are important matches for everyone's career. It's a great privilege to play in the Women's Champions League and be among the best teams in Europe; we need to be more effective and make the most of our opportunities. The results we've achieved so far should give us confidence. I hope there will be a lot of fans to support us tomorrow; having our fans there certainly helps. We need everyone with us tomorrow."

MASSIMILIANO CANZI
"These are games you have to play to win, and we have to play and will play for that. Everyone is responsible for their own destiny. We have to reproduce the intensity of the first leg, and then we'll have a good chance of qualifying, adding a little more attention to detail. I hope the girls can put in a shift very similar to how they did in the first leg. In terms of competition level, yes, this is the most important match since I've been here: it's worth a Women's Champions League quarterfinal. The team's condition? We're at a point in the season where the girls are in good shape. However, I have such a deep squad at my disposal that I can maintain the same level of fitness no matter who I choose. I know I'll have top-level substitutions at my disposal, even for an extra half hour in the event of extra time."
