A late goal from Luca Antonini saw Genoa come away with the points last night at the Marassi, earning them a first win over the Bianconeri since 2009.
With greater possession and significantly more shots on goal than the Grifone (16-4), Juventus were left to rue a combination of imprecision in the final third and a solid goalkeeping display by Mattia Perin.
Down the other end, Gigi Buffon, making his 500th appearance for the club, experienced a quiet night, drawn into action just twice across the 90 minutes.
But with the visitors committing bodies forward in search of a winner, Genoa sensed their chance to pounce and did just that, breaking Bianconeri hearts in the last minute of added time to extend their unbeaten Serie A run to four games.
