28 January will always be a special day for Dusan Vlahovic. It's not only the striker's birthday, but also the day on which, in 2022, the Serbian joined the Bianconeri. His first goal came just days later on debut, and he's added 34 more since then, making the number 9 jersey his own as he continues to lead from the front.
This year his birthday month was celebrated in some style: a goal against Frosinone, followed by back-to-back braces, made it five goals in three games, making him the most potent striker in 2024 across Europe's top five leagues.
And just yesterday against Empoli he added to his total, scoring in the 1-1 draw to make it six goals in four league games played this month.
And with many more important matches still in store this season, we know Dusan will be determined to add his name to the scoresheet in as many of these matches as he can, charged up by you, the fans, as he celebrates each and every strike with you, for you.
For today though, the celebrations are reserved for his special day, as he marks his 24th birthday.
