Today is Mattia Perin's birthday!
It's thirty-one years young for our goalkeeper born in 1992, a Juventus player since 2018. Since his arrival at Continassa, Perin has always shown his charisma and talent, rising to the ocasion when called upon, season after season.
His willingness to constantly improve, training after training and match after match, was and still is without a shadow of a doubt one of his greatest strengths. This determination resulted in a well-deserved contract extension with the Club until 2025, signd in April last year.
This year he has played two matches so far, keeping a clean sheet against Empoli, contributing to the eight clean sheets kept over the first eleven matchdays of the season.
It will be a working birthday for Mattia, who along with his peers, will be preparing for Saturday's encounter against Cagliari to see out this cycle of four matches before the international break. And we send him our best wishes with the hope that the greatest gift will come from tomorrow night's match.
