It’s been a great week for both Kingsley Coman and Federico Mattiello.

Following on from their eye-catching cameos in Sunday’s 7-0 victory over Parma at Juventus Stadium, the two youngsters went on to feature in last night’s 1-1 draw between Italy Under-20 and France Under-21 in Spezia.

Coman completed the full 90 minutes for Les Bleuets whilst Mattiello entered the fray in place of Trapani’s Mattia Aramu at the half-time interval in a game where both sides could not be separated.

Rennes forward Paul-Georges Ntep opened the scoring for the away side after 22 minutes before Pescara’s Matteo Politano converted a spot-kick a quarter of an hour from the end.

Yesterday’s action signalled the end of Mattiello’s international involvement but Coman and the Under-21s will now begin preparations for Monday’s game with England in Brest.

Elsewhere, tonight sees both Paul Pogba and Arturo Vidal represent their respective nations in two friendlies with the former’s France taking on Albania in Rennes whilst the latter’s Chile host Venezuela in Talcahuano.
