Monday, September 8 saw two matches involving four Juventus Men’s First Team players with their respective national teams, and it was a particularly thrilling night for Italy.
Manuel Locatelli, Andrea Cambiaso and Federico Gatti's Azzurri enjoyed a thrilling 5-4 victory over Israel, with Locatelli starting the game, Cambiaso coming off the bench, and the Bianconeri No.4 remaining on the sidelines.
Locatelli, started the game and played the full 90 minutes, scoring an unfortunate own goal in the first half, while Cambiaso came on in the 79th minute and played a key role in the winning goal in added time.
Vasilije Adzic was also on the bench in Montenegro's 4-0 defeat to Croatia.
